Now-a-days travellers like to keep in touch. They want the freedom to call and receive calls abroad. And technology is just making it easier with Wifi, smart phones and tablets. Smart phones and tablets are one of the best ways to stay connected while travelling abroad, they offer great features and apps that can make texting virtually free. Imagine this, its 10:30 and you wake up to the sight of being entirely surrounded by the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains. The town itself only consist of 60 people who live there all year round, but during the high seasons (summer + winter ski seasons) the valley can sleep up to 2600 people. This is where we spent almost the entire summer taking part in a HelpX opportunity. Betewen Albergue Taüll (hostel), Sedona and Barocco restaurant we were busy - but when we weren’t working we kept ourselves busy with many of the activities available. |
